This painting is very special to me. It was requested by my friends
when I shared a vision I'd had will praying on the beach. I was on a
retreat and had gone out early in the morning to write in my journal.
I wrote what I heard in my heart, the result was a
poem which I shared with the other ladies.
One of the ladies was so encouraged by the poem and painting that she
had it framed for me!
I drew the image with oil pastel first, over which I used oil paint. The most difficult part was the firey heart. |
